Returns Policy

We believe you will love every Platform 9 Shoes purchase you make, but if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order, we offer a range of refund options, provided the items are unworn and in original condition, with tags, packaging and box included. Please send an us an email via our 'contact us' page to request a refund.

Please note: Shipping costs of already dispatched orders are non-refundable.

Full Price Items

Items purchased at full price (no promotions / discounts applied) are eligible for refund if requested and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Sale and Promotional Purchases

Items purchased on sale or with a promotion can be returned for an online store credit to the amount equal to the purchase price of the returned items. Promotional purchases also include any order made with a code or limited time offers such as discount codes, Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Spend & Save and Second Pair Half Price offers.

Online store credits are valid for 12 months.

Clearance and Final Sale Items

Items marked as Clearance or Final Sale cannot be returned for refunds or store credit. Final Sale items will be clearly displayed on the product page.

Faulty Items

If you have purchased an item you believe is faulty please contact our Customer Service Team on sophia@platform9shoes.com.au to discuss your options.

*It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure faults are communicated within a reasonable timeframe. General wear and tear or misadventure is not covered.

All items purchased from a Platform 9 Shoes stockist is subject to the returns policy of the store in which they were purchased.
